OBLIGATIONS TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Fonesite Ltd will provide the necessary platforms for customer mobile phones to connect to using Bluetooth, WiFi or Internet
Fonesite can not be held responsible for your internet connectivity nor any connection charges.
Fonesite Ltd will not be held responsible and any outbound text sent by our neither customer nor consumers.
Fonesite will inform our customers their obligations in activating connectivity to Bluetooth, WiFi and internet.

DATA PROTECTION

Fonesite Ltd always treats client information in the strictest confidence and will never pass client details to a third party without your consent.
Fonesite Ltd will take every precaution to safeguard client details, but cannot accept responsibility for third party interception of data during transit, such as e-mail or post.

ARTWORK AND CONTENT

All customer must provide the own artwork for their fonesite. The files for your images can be jpeg or png. Your picture image size must be less than 2 megabyte. All customer must provide their own content and carry out the own proof reading before submitting to fonesite Ltd. Your proof fonesite sent via a text before going live.

FEES AND PAYMENT.

Invoices are due and payable within 7 days. Fonesite Ltd may impose a service charge of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balance. You the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Fonesite Ltd in collecting any overdue charges including reasonable attorney fees. Fonesite Ltd will require a security deposit from customer if, in its discretion, Fonesite Ltd deems such deposit to be necessary. 
For exhibitions and events our fees will vary if the event is outside the North West of England.
Meetings may include travel time and expenses will be chargeable extra, unless otherwise agreed in advance by fonesite Ltd.
Should the customer wish to cancel your fonesite once compilation work has started your 50% deposit is non refundable.

 

TIMESCALES
Projected timescales and delivery dates for your fonesite is normally within 4 weeks but may vary based on the amount of work involved.
fonesite Ltd will do its utmost to meet all agreed timescales. However, where delivery of an item is dependent on a third party and unavoidable delay has been introduced, Fonesite Ltd will endeavor to keep the customers informed of progress of their fonesite.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

Fonesite, the Fonesite logo, and other Fonesite logos and product and Services names are trademarks of Fonesite (the "Fonesite Marks"). Without Fonesite's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Fonesite Marks.

TERM AND TERMINATION.

This agreement applies to all work performed by Fonesite Ltd on behalf of customer. In the event of a breach by customer of its obligations under the terms of this agreement, Fonesite Ltd may immediately cease to provide services to customer.
