A: To order your fonesite, simply complete the online order form
On confirmation of your order you will receive a customer reference number.
Q: When will I have to pay for my fonesite?
A: All fonesite orders require 50% deposit, which is non-refundable and the balance will be payable within 7 days of invoice.
Q: How do I to pay for my fonesite ?
You can pay your order by BACS or cheque.
Once we have received the deposit payment of the order you will be sent a confirmation email and an invoice will be generated as your receipt.
Q: What is the latest I can order my fonesite Exhibition Package?
A: We require at least 4 weeks prior to an event - so make sure you allow yourself enough time!

Q: Do my customers pay for sending a text to my short code number?
A: Only if you opt for the premium short code package, then your customers will pay 0.25p plus one standard text message charged at 0.12p total of 0.37p
Q: What if my customer doesn’t pay for sending a text to my short code number?
A: You then opt for a non-premium short code package and you pay 0.049 for auto response text and your customer will pay for sending in the text. This will be charged from their standard text package with their operator.
Q: How much does it cost to forward a text to my family and friends?
A: This will be charged from their standard text package with their operator.

Q: How much does it cost to download an individual fonesite from the internet?
A: This will be charged under the standard internet package from your operator.
Q: Once my individual fonesite is downloaded does it cost anything to view it?
A: No there is no charge: you can view it whenever you like.
Q: How much does it cost to download the fonesite directory by Bluetooth or WiFi?
A: There is no charge to download the fonesite directory by Bluetooth or WiFi.
